OnCue have been an outstanding association management partner for NZ Arb. Their collaborative approach, fresh ideas, and ability to gently facilitate and enhance leadership have been transformative for us as an organisation. They don’t just ‘manage’,  they actively help solve problems and find innovative, practical solutions.
 

 

What has consistently impressed me is the level of contribution they bring to help an association not only meet but exceed its objectives, and their ability to spot opportunities that would otherwise be missed. They’ve reshaped how the association runs and provided clear direction on how it can thrive in often challenging environments, not only remaining sustainable, but creating room for genuine growth. OnCue have become essential to NZ Arb being where it is today.
 

 

OnCue’s leadership and collaborative management approach is one of the main reasons I became more involved with NZ Arb. The opportunity to work alongside these professionals and be part of the innovative environment they helped foster,  a place where ideas are encouraged, and opportunities are created, not missed, was an incredible experience. They consistently evolve and develop, and through their growth, the association has also developed professionally, supported by their growing leadership and solutions-based management approach.
 

 

They were also pivotal in NZ Arb winning the bid to host the only international arboricultural conference in Aotearoa, which is no small achievement for a specialist association. A key factor in the success of that bid was the international recognition OnCue already had, and the confidence they provided that this specialised event could be delivered to a very high standard. I couldn’t rate Lea, Nicki and the whole OnCue team highly enough. They bring professionalism, creativity, and genuine care to everything they do.
